My port will not attach to my tower with the screws. Is there an adapter I can purchase? I?
I own a Canon MultiPASS F30. It connects fine to the printer but not the computer tower. Can anyone give me any ideas of what can be done.
So, you're connecting via the parallel port...
If you can't connect, using the screws, pull the screws as far back as possible, then connect... screws aren't required to connect it, they're just there to keep the wire from getting pulled out...
Otherwise, you might want to seriously consider getting a usb cable and connect to your computer via the usb...
Which is much more simple, however a usb cord will cost you anywhere from 10-30 dollars...
