Which wide angle camera lens works best for my canon rebel xsi/450d?
I have canon rebel 450d or xsi .. i been useing a few lens and i have tried a 10 to 20 mm sigma wide angle but took it back to the store .. finding i want to stick with canon lens only ... which would be a very good wide angle lens .. or any body's exsperince of using canon lenes and if any paticular one is really good
I know 2 people who have bought Sigma 10-20 for their Canon (40d and 400d) and been seriously disappointed with the quality. I borrowed one to use on my 450d and the images just were not sharp!
One got it replaced under warranty and is much happier with the replacement; the other still has it and hardly uses it (the one I borrowed!).
In my opinion, Sigma have serious quality control problems.
The suggested 17-40 L is a great lens but not very wide on a 1.6 sensor. Go for the Canon 10-20.
