Wide angle lens recommendations?
I am really interested in buying a wide angle lens for my sony a200. I have the stock lens and a tamron AF75-300mm F/4-5.6LD. I would really like a wide angle lens that takes nice shots, but is not over 350. Any recommendations?
The "stock" 18-70 mm lens is a nice wide angle lens at 18 mm, about like a 28 mm on a full frame SLR
To go wider, you are going to have to find a lens that is either The Sony 11-18 mm ($650) or generic12-24 mm (Sigma $700), 10-20 mm (Sigma $430) or 11-18 mm (Tamron $520) ... none are inexpensive.
