Samsung camera won't turn on?
Hey, I've had my Samsung camcorder since last December. I tried turning it on last week and it wouldn't go on. I charged it, it said it was charging, but when I tried turning it on again, it still wouldn't work. The green light wouldn't go on, which means it's off.
Does anyone know why, a way I could fix it or have a website I could look at? I was thinking maybe I needed to buy a new battery or maybe it was just completely broken. I'm gonna call the number on the box tonight, but I was hoping maybe someone knew?

Hello Sara,
I believe this defect is more complicated than you think, you need an expert to check this problem, I think this is voltage drop (battery bad or there's short circuit inside). But if it can show battery charging indication from the unit, big possibelity problem comes from battery.
