Digital Cameras - Regular Batteries vs. Rechargable?
Which is better? Digital cameras that use regular batteries or digital cameras that come with their own battery and charger? I currently have an old Nikon Cool Pix, which I have gradually become more and more unhappy with, and no matter what kinds of batteries I use, I cannot get decent use out of it. Many years ago, I had a Sony Mavica, which had it's own Rechargeable battery, and after a few months, it would drain pretty quick. Maybe digital camera batteries have gotten better since then, but I have started looking for a new camera (need a better camera for my brother's H.S. graduation next month) and some input regarding this would be appreciated (so I know what I should be looking for), thanks!
Kodak with a rechargeable battery. I have had mine for a few years and the battery still works great. The battery last for about 300 pictures. When I bought my camera it didn't come with the wall adapter, so you had to use the computer(or spend $10 on an adapter) but we bought my mom one six months ago and it came with one. My mom, sister, and me all have Kodak cameras with rechargeable batteries, and we've never had any trouble with them, and they are real easy to use.
