Camera lens cost to repair?
So my friend dropped her camera that had my lens on it, and part of the end ring snapped off. She's going to try and take it somewhere to get it fixed, but she's not sure how much it will cost. What do you think? Here's a picture. The part circle is what snapped off.

your lens isn't even broken, its just a piece of plastic that chipped off. let me guess canon ef-s 55-250mm lens right? its going to be okay, its just that you won't be able to put on a lens hood. just send it in to canon repair.
