My samsung scd103 is not showing any image on it and the lens cap is off how can i fix it?
my camera is not showing anything on the view finder its almost liek the lens cap is on but its not sometimes the images will show and sometimes it wont this only happens when i go to the camera veiw but the replay works. i heard it can be two things i need a new battery or i need to get a head cleaner for it please help?
I doubt a new battery or a head cleaner will make any difference. If it still has power then it's definately not the battery, and if the heads are dirty, then the replay would also be compromised. It sounds like a connection is loose, between the lense and the viewfinder. You will have to take it to a repairman, which can be costy, but if it's under warranty, then samsung should cover it. Give Samsung a call, that would be your best bet. But don't buy a new battery. You'll be wasting your money.
