Photography help? Why do I keep getting this shadow?
I use a Canon Powershot SX 20 IS with the lens cap. Why do I keep getting this shadow? I t only happens when I use the flash.

Please help, its a big problem, it happens all the time.
Sorry about the links... I didn't know which to use. And yes, it is the lens hood and not the lens cap. Its a called a typo. Get over it.
The link isn't to your photos, but I think I know the problem. You don't shoot with the lens cap on, or your pictures would be totally black, You shoot with the lens hood, which is blocking some of your flash. Remove the lens hood when you use your flash.
