Do any states have laws against driving a car with a missing hubcap centerpiece?
One of the center caps won't snap back onto one of my hubcaps because of corrosion. The hubcap looks like it has a hole in the center now. I can't afford to replace the entire hubcap on an old car just for some "cosmetic" issue.
