Colour Filter Cokin

Is it problematic to use 3 Cokin filters at once or there's other issue (see photo)?

This shot I used 2 Cokin ND filters and 1 GND trying to extend the exposure time. The shutter is 3 second and the aperture is F22 on Canon Rebel T1, lens 18-55mm at 18mm. The long time exposure compensation is turned ON.
You can clearly see the funny color deterioration in the photo.
I need your opinions on this:
1. Is this the issue with multiple Cokin filters used at once?
2. Is this the problem with the lens at small aperture?
3. Is this problem with the camera which just can't compensate such long time exposure?
How can I test this out?

colkin typically has some colour problems. Especially with ND and ND grads. Which is why most people choose Lee. (I'm still using colkin because Lee's are too expensive)
have you tried shooting at a lower iso?
(i actually can't load your pictures, but I'll try to answer them the best I can)
to answer your qusetion directly:
1. it isn't really about using too many filters at once. by using too many filters, you may cause reflections in the glass which will show up on the photo. Filter stacking is not a good idea, not just cokin. My suggestion is to use a higher ND filter like a ND 8. Avoid stacking whenever possible.
2. At a small aperture, you are more likely to cause colour fringing. What this means is that edges of certain objects will have a different colour fringe to it. Like a blue or purple fringe. Ideally you want to keep the aperture at F8 to F11
3. You are doing everything right to lengthen exposure time. I can imagine that it is a very bright sunny day, and you want to take a picture of a waterfall or some water feature. The camera and you are doing your best to cope with the situtation. The next best thing to do, is to come back when it is darker; or ideally sunrise or sundown.
FYI: I still like using cokin, because it is a cheap alternative. I've also used some cheap chinese ND round filters that work really well. They can be found easily on Ebay.
