How to develope Holga film?
If i get a normal Holga Starter Kit and the 35mm adapter, can i easily get those developed at a local drug store? And the adapter just works fine instead of using the normal 120?
Well be careful now. You can develop but not print at your local lab. The images are too wide for the automatic mini-lab machine to print.
Also most local labs can only develop C41 film (look on the box). Most C41 is color film, though there is a "fake" Black and White C41 film you can buy.
You'll have to ask for "negatives only - do not cut"
Then you will have to scan them at home. I use an Epson V100, very inexpensive regular scanner which also does negatives. There are many better scanners available than mine now, probably for less money too 
Also, when you use the adaptor you may have some problems lining up your shots. The viewfinder will show a square image, but only the center gets in the photo.
I use masking tape and have two corners of the tape hovering in front of the viewfinder to show the top and bottom edges will be cut off. Do not put tape on the actual lens though.
Just remember the viewfinder is designed for a taller film and you should be fine.
