Film Stock Fuji
Will they ever make more Polaroid film?

I know Polaroid pretty much went out of business, but I just found my parents old Polaroid Spectra, and went to look up film, and film is going on over $20 for just one pack. I heard something about Fuji-film buying the rights to Polaroid or something, so will they ever make more Polaroid film, or is it stock up on it now, because it's never coming back?

A company called Impossible - Project is now making instant film that can be used on select Polaroid cameras.

Fujifilm has the rights to make the professional instant film used by the Polaroid packs made to be used on 4x5 view cameras and certain medium format cameras.

They also have their own format instant film, called Instax.

To make things just a little more different, Polaroid has a licensing agreement with Fujifilm to make the Fujifilm Instax Mini 7 with the Polaroid logo on it.

NOTE: Stalking up on Polaroid film is NOT a good idea, because their is little you can do to prevent the built-in battery from slowly dying over the years as the film/battery ages
