Filters for Canon xti?
I have a Canon Rebel xti. My gaget bag came with a uv haze filter. I was sold two professional series digital filters yesterday for 30.00 each at wolf camera. I don't have a clue about filters. Were these needed?

I shoot digital and have many filters... but nothing specifically for digital DSLRs. What are these filters for?
I can tell you that camera shops make a higher percentage of profit by selling accessories... and that just might be what they were doing. Also sometimes the sales clerks get commission for selling.... so... unless you can find out if these filters are a must for shooting... I would take them back.
