Bought one of those blow up and fill pools with a filter what do i need to add as in chemicals and how much?
I have a 10ft by 30inch pool. The ones you see everyone having you pool up the ring and fill with water. I have never had one of these before whats to know some info on what chemicals i need to add when starting it up for the first time and how much and what do i need to do everyday. I got a start up maintainace kit that comes with cholorine,shock and alka plus powder. Anyone can give me a little tips or pointers on what to do for my first time. thanks all answers helpful will be grately appreciated.
You need to test the water first with test strips or a manual test kit to see where the water is at. Then depending on what it reads at depends on what and how much chemicals to add. Each chemical is a different amount per the gallons. Just read the labels and directions and you should be good.
P.S. Don't let the pool chemistry get away from you because once the pool turns green the filter systems on these pools aren't big enough for them to filter it right.
