Putting on 200 miles a day should I do anything different,?

First I must say that I really do know anything about automobiles.
I just recently took a job being a courier and I have and will be putting about 150-200 miles on a day in my 99 toyota corrola with 130,000+ miles. I usually get an oil change every 3,000 miles. I usually get what they suggest is standard oil I think I've been using 10w30 or maybe 5w30 (if those even exist).
My question is should I being doing anything different with the matinence to prolong the life of my car and protect my investment
now that I am really putting it through this everyday (some of it is stop and go in rush hour). Is there a stronger oil I should be using. Or something that I am not even aware of like filters and things of that sort?

You are doing fine. As one other respondent said, you might want to go to a high mileage oil for cars with over 100,000 miles. It is the same oil, but its detergent and additive package is better suited to the wear that your engine has.
As for the car itself, consider more frequent brake inspections.
If you have an automatic transmission, service is important. It isn't necessary to service it any more frequently, but it is important that it get done.
Keep your tire pressure up to recommended pressure.
Have the hoses and belts inspected regularly, and replace them when they are NEEDED, not merely because they are old.
Your timing belt is a major issue, and a shop will require the car for at least a day for that replacement.
See to it that your coolant is never more than two years old.
Other than that, the tune-up and repairs are going to be as needed, so just pay a little attention to the way your little car behaves, and Good Luck.
