Fish Eye Wide

Is a 58 mm 0.3x Wide FISH EYE lens compatible with a Panasonic 300x digital camcorder?
There is no such model as a "Panasonic 300x". You picked up the digital zoom measurement - and digital zoom should be disabled and never used.
Panasonic model numbers look like "PV-GS320"... Have you read the camcorder's manual? If you don't have it, download it from the Panasonic support area online. Check the camcorder's specs at the end of the manual. Look for "Lens Filter Diameter". If it says the Lens Filter Diameter is 58mm, then yes, that fisheye will fit - otherwise, use the lens filter diameter that is indicated in the specification area.
Many low-end camcorders have no lens filter threads, so there is no lens filter diameter measurement which means no fish-eye lens will mount because there are no mounting threads... Many low-end camcorders with lens filter threads will be in the 30mm, 30.5mm, and 37mm filter diameter range. Some of the higher end HD camcorders that do OK in low light can have threads and a lens filter diameter of 58mm... but without knowing your camcorder's specific model number, we have no way to know.
