Fixed Iris Lens

How can I fix the shutter on an old Kalimar 35mm with no model number?
I have an OLD Kalimar from the 40's with a screwy shutter, and it seems like nobody can or will fix it. I can't discern a model or anything, the only markings it has are around the lens, which, after the focal length (45mm) and aperture numbers (2.8), are as follows: It says "No. 14152" and then it has a red, capital "A", and then it says "Taikor". On the bottom of the camera it says "T.K.C. Made in Japan" and the leather case it's in, which was obviously made for this EXACT camera, says "Kalimar" on the front. That's all the information I have.
The shutter makes a funny-shaped hole instead of a closed iris, so the film is exposed constantly.
I posted a picture of it on my blog where you can see the shape the iris makes, and you can read a more detailed explanation of the problem. Go to http://www.lightblog.com/member/elchris/?xjMsgID=43827 to read more, or just answer away. Please leave ANY thoughts you might have.
Thanks for reading.
Sounds like the blades are sticking and it needs a Clean Lube and Adjust.
A skilled camera repair guy should be able to do this IF no parts are required.
Look for someone with experience in fixing older cameras. I can recommend a fellow in Toronto:

He's been in business for 50 years and I'll bet he's even fixed a few Kalimars.
Hope this helps.
