Hoya Super Quality
Will the Hoya SUPER HMC Haze UV(0) Filter - UV - 67 mm, FIT and work with my Nikon 70-300VR Lens?

Hello, i'm thinking of getting this filter

for my 300mm VR lens, my question are;

Will it fit my lens by simply screwing it in?

I know sounds pathetic to you, but how do you put your Protecting cover on the lens when the Filter is in place???

And finally will this filter Make my images look worse, or is it simply protecting the lens from UV light w/o doing any noticeable damage to the quality of images?
MAYBE THERE ARE BETTER FILTERS u might suggest?

Hoya makes good filters and yes the VR version of the 70-300 takes a 67 mm filter
