how to make a digital camera from scratch?
i want to build a video feed to a monitor or small screen. it does not have to record or take pictures, just run digital images it sees to a screen. i want to know this for my current project, i am building night vision goggles from infrared LEDs and i need the camera component
You are biting off far more than you can chew.
if you want to be able to pick up infrared then the camera you are going to use needs to be able to capture it, not every camera can do this. there are probably security cameras that can do this, but you need to do some research.
You don't say what experience you have and what level of electronics you are studying.
