What type of lens would I need to make skin appear smooth and acne free on my HDV camera? I have a CanonVixia.?
Canon Vixia HV30 miniDV is what I have.
Smooth and acne free skin on your film subject? Try another human being. If you can't replace the person, then get a good makeup artist or a good hair stylist to hide the acne. Even a change in wardrobe would work.
Any of those options would be much much much cheaper. The appropriate adapter and the lens you need just to take a close-up of some skin would cost as much or even twice as much as your camcorder.
