How to sell camera gear and how much to ask?
I'm way out of photography and have bought alot of gear when I was in school. I regret letting photography go but I'm unable to market myself...
Anyways Where can I sell my gear?
I have a light meter Sekonic L-588 in perfect condition.
Cambo sc (i think) 4x5 with 2 lens, no holes in bellow and in great condition.
2 Calumet travel lites. Not sure the model but they are older, maybe 10 years. in great condition. (has umbrellas and stands)
I'm NOT looking to sell here so don't ask. I'm just looking where I can go and how much I should ask for those items.
Thanks
Bruce: your problay right actually. I'm not wanting to buy baby stuff with that money even though i'm expecting. I really want to get back into doing photos...but *sigh* I'm not very confident....
STOP, don't do it... that is my first thought that I yelled in my head then out loud.
I sold my Super Cambo years ago to pay for,,, wait for it... baby stuff... when my first was born and have wanted it back more then once.
That said, ebay is where I have cried at the super low prices these things get and have sold most of my film camera stuff. If you have a real camera store and you can place them there you MAY get better prices via consignment.
