For your Weaville, I'd recomend having it hold Choice Band instead, so it can be a choice bander and deal HEAVY damage, also it should know Ice Shard instead of Ice Punch because the 25 less base power is worth it if you can always go first. Take out Aerial Ace too for Quick Attack. That way, you are effective versus every type.Or, you can try my personal Sneasel set

It can deal a lot of damage at once, first Thief their Item, and then start wailing on them with Iron Tail and Return. My Sneasel can usually survive two turns of Fighting Attacks ,a lot of specail attacks, and 4 physical attacks.

But with Weaville you should survive longer

Gengar is your worst, you need to take of Dream Eater and Hypnosis, replace it with Giga Drain and Substitute and give it the Leftovers. That set is called the McGar set. I have no idea why though, but it works.

Salamence shouldn't have an adamant nature, it needs a nature that increases Sp. Atk but doesn't decrease Atk. nature, try this set

That's the Elemence set, which is effective against most Pokemon

For your Blaziken, neutral natures are useless, they don't do anything. Give it and Adamant nature as it only has physical moves.

When you say E.V. trained, what do you mean, list the E.V.'s
And by the way, do you know the I.V.'s

Give your Slaking a better moveset, take of EQ for Amesia, to trick them(Slaking generally isn't defenseive) B.B. for Bulk Up, to boost your nice Attack and your decent Defense. Take of Slack off to put on Shadow Ball and Giga Impact for Body Slam. You aren't allowed to retreat after using the Hyper Beam -style moves, which isn't a good thing.

Your Blissey needs a Defense icreasing nature that doesn't decrease Speed. or a Speed increasing nature that doesn't decrease Defense. Take off Protect for Blizzard becuase if it has Serene Grace ability, which it should have, it has a 60% percent chance of freezing them. It seems like you have a Countering Blizzey moveset, which is pretty good, but you could take off Toxic for Heal Bell to make a Countering/Heal Belling Blissey, a VERY good combo that is used by pros
