Metal Screw Front

My kitchen drawer is stuck because of a metal roasting rack blocking the drawer from opening.?
We can get the drawer open about 3/4 inch, and have tried metal files, screwdrivers with a hammer, shaking the drawer. The other objects in the drawer are flat and very stable, no room to move. No screws on the front drawer face panel to remove. We are stumped. Above the drawer is an oven. No access on either side. Stone floor below the drawer. Help!
Real problem!
can you get a hacksaw blade in at each side of the drawer front and cut the screws or dowels holding the front to the sides?
Other possibility is to cut the drawer front with a saw in an unobtrusive way as possible.
have you similar drawers so you can check the construction.
If you do not want damage the over has to come out but I am sure you will find a solid shelf above the drawer which again would need to be cut.
You can get a wire mounted grab (used by electricians to monoeuvre cables) and this may work.
