Best (cheapest) Color Laser Printer for small Club?

Any recommendations for a Color Laser printer for a small club/newsletter, hopefully with one or two toners? I have a Konica Minolta 9600 which is great but 4 toners at $200 each is too much for club to pay.

When you look at colour laser printers you are always going to have 4 or more toners plus a drum or image transfer belt. There is no way around this.

For running cost you are pretty much looking at minimizing your cost per page to get the most out of those 4 toners.

Generally Brother and Samsung make low close colour laser printers, however a price tag of only $200 may be a little too modest.

YOu can get a samsung CLP-300 for about $300. It does take 4 toners, however there are plenty of compatible options available (you can get a complete set for around $100). The drawback is each toner is only rated for about 1000 pages.

Colour laser printing can get very expensive. Normally a more cost effective option is to use a full colour letterhead with black text.

To the poster below, the 88XL retails for around $30 each, across 4 cartirdges that comes out to $120 / Set. This is also failing to take into account the 4 print heads which need to be replaced every 3000 pages at a cost of $45 each. Although in the short term the running cost is less, when the print heads start to go, you start to see that cost sky rocket.
