Lens info help! Tamron 28-300mm?
i found a Tamron 28-300mm AF 1: 3.5 - 6.3 macro lens for a pentax at my local thrift shop and i was wondering how much this lens usually costs? i bought it for $10 and it was like brand new in a case, no scratches and it even came with a hoya skylight 1B filter! I'm also wondering if its worth it to buy a pentax to use with this lens? is this lens any good?
Great deal! But not enough to justify buying a camera to use with it. If you were to get a Pentax for an equally great deal - then yes - but not a new body to go with the lens. Sell the lens on craigslist or ebay for about $100.00 and pocket the profit.
