Portrait Flash Cover
Take this picture without the noise of ISO?

I was trying to take a picture beneath the covers without using flash. to do this handheld (because it's a self-portrait), i opened the aperture as wide as possible and bumped up the ISO. the image has noise, however. also, i'm working with a D60. any ideas?
