Can you help me with camera shake problem..?
I had my long lens attached while out walking, in the distance I saw a couple of horses playing, the foal was rearing up on its back legs,(I was alot higher up, nowhere to steady my camera....) I took some lovely shots But.. when I zoomed in at home Camera Shake... How do the professional manage to take on the spot great photos, do they wear a harness to keep the camera very still ( sorry if to some this seems a stupid question ) I only have a sony 200 with my long lens, so not a very big camera

You need a faster shutter speed, at least 1/focal length you are using, so for a 300mm lens, shutter speed should be 1/300, preferably faster.
To get this sort of speed you need to open up the aperture (small f number) but the trade off will be a shallow depth of field, so point of focus must be accurate. This is where lenses capable of wide maximum apertures (fast lenses) pay off.
You may also need to increase the ISO, but the trade off will be increased 'noise' in the image.
Professionals get great shots with long lenses because they are almost always using pro (fast) glass, that is, lenses that are capable of a wide aperture (f2.8 say) right throughout the range. Lenses like this don't come cheap!! The Sigma 200-500mm f2.8 lens for example is around £19,000!!
