Replacement Battery Canon

Camera Replacement. Suggestions?
I need a replacement for my Ixus70 which I sadly lost and my budget is usd200. It may have been an Ixus but I learned how to tinker with the manual controls such as ISO, long exposure, exposure... And I was happy with it. I don't want anything too complicated, although I need an upgrade from the Ixus 70, I'm thinking an Ixus 100 (I can get it at a very low price) a powershot a490 or Powershot a3000. But any suggestions?
Preferably a Canon or a Lumix,
NOT AA batteries,
with manual controls,
I don't mind the size of the camera and, of course,
considerably good quality pictures.
The SX120 IS has manual controls and fits the budget, but it uses AA batteries.
Amazon carries the SX200 IS which has manual controls and Li ion battery, but it is still over budget.
