Replacement Hot Shoe

Bought Louboutin shoes and the patent leather on each is a noticeably different color. Can I request new ones
I purchased Christian Louboutin patent wedges for full price which are hot pink. Unfortunately, one is much more orangey than the other, which is noticable in sunlight. I have worn them twice at night and didn't notice until I wore them in the daytime. I know a lot of upscale retailers will replace the shoes no questions asked, but does anyone know if the Christian Louboutin company will send me a replacement pair? The store will not exchange them because they have been worn. Please NO guesses. I need this info ASAP. I have emailed them and gotten no response so far. Also, the only phone number is to France. There aren't any US ones.
I'm sorry, I really don't know, but for that much money I'd make them replace them. Don't take no for an answer. If you can't get through directly to them, go back to the store again and escalate the issue to the manager.
