Samsung Sharp Camcorder
I have a samsung camcorder VP- D105i, the quality of the picture is very bad how do i reset factory settings?

The picture shows green, yellow and blue little dots making any picture taken look blurred, lacking the digital clear and sharp image. How do i get rid of this problem or alternatively how do i reset the factory setting assuming that can sovle my problem?

If I had this problem I would not attempt to fix it myself. I would phone customer support for expert advice...;
