Screw Front Lens

Telephoto lens flipped around? Please help?
if i took the end of the lens that screws onto the camera and put it facing out would that be considered a fisheye lens?
I'm not taking it apart. Just put the front of the telephoto lens on the actual lens on my camera. I taped it on.
Would it be a fisheye? or No?
please explain and help? please
Fish-eye lenses are designed to "see" an angle of view 180 degrees.
There are three available for current professional level DSLR's.
For the Nikon D3, "full frame" DSLR or any Nikon 35mm; the AF Fish-eye-NIKKOR 16mm f/2.8D
All other Nikon DSLR's; the AF DX Fish-eye-NIKKOR 10.5mm f/2.8G ED
The Canon EF 15mm f/2.8 Fish-eye when used on any EOS 35mm camera or 5D or new 1Ds Mark III. There is no fish-eye available yet for the other Canon DSLR line-up.
Olympus has a 8mm F 3.5 Zuiko fish-eye for its DSLR.
