How do you delete the actual album on sony cyber-shot?
I want to have a new album for every event so it has the date but I don't want the leftover (empty) albums still there...
It's a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T20
No I'm transferring them. But once I move them to the computer and delete them off of the camera the album is still there. And I don't want to use that album all the time cause the date will be wrong.
I don't know if you fully know about the camera, sorry. :/
Sounds like you're keeping your pictures on your camera and not transferring them to your computer. The camera will run out of storage, so moving them to your computer is what I chose to do. Advantages: the pictures are displayed in a much larger format, you can play with them with photo s/w, you can email them, and finally you can organize them. I name my folders according to the season, e.g., "2008 spring", etc. Then I may create a subfolder called "sascha's birthday party".
If you must delete 'actual album' on the camera, connecting it to your computer and deleting it from there may be your only option.
