Sync Camera Flash

wirelessly sync camera and Strobe/Flash?
i would like to wirelessly sync my camera shutter and a strobe or flash. (no slave.)
is there any good idea?

I`m trying to sync Mamiya 7ll and Metz 60-CTL
willing to pay up to 250USDish.
also thinking about getting a new flash or strobe if needed.

You put a transmitter in the hotshoe.
You put the receiver into your lights.
Now, if you're talking a hotshoe flash triggered wirelessly and via RF (no slave), that's a bit harder. Essentially, what you want is a transmitter in the camera hotshoe and then a RF remote hot shoe. Believe it or not, you can find such a product on eBay, called the PT-04 wireless remote hot shoe and trigger.

Look for something called a "flashwave."
P.S. I disagree with Fhotoace. I believe a slave flash is only slaved if it is triggered by a main flash (IR or RF). Since you're asking about remote triggering, this implies you do not want a "main flash" on the camera. In Fhotoace's view, monolights triggered by RF would all be slave flashes, even the key or main light. In my view, this is not correct.
EDIT: The Flashwave should work just fine with a Mamiya 7II. The Mamiya has a hotshoe, which should work with the transmitter. The Metz 60 CT is a handle-mount flash, so you'll need some way to be able to connect it to a hotshoe (SCA-300 cord??) to remotely trigger it with the Flashwave hotshoe receiver.
