View Camera Lens

What do you call the part of a Single Lens Reflex Camera that is above the mirror? (not the Sensor)?
I may have scratched it lightly and I was wondering If that can be fixed/replaced? Also, can those scratches affect my pictures? (The scratches are very light and I only see it if I view my viewfinder without the lens on)
That's probably the focusing screen. And it might only be dust or hair, not a scratch.
It won't affect your photos, so unless it affects your ability to focus, expose, or compose your images, you can safely ignore it.
If need be, a competent repair shop should be able to swap it out for a new focusing screen.
